On June 3rd in Church History from LDS Gifts

  • 1887: Charles Ora Card along with a group of eight families camps near Lee's Creek in Alberta Canada. Under the direction of President John Taylor they select a site and start a city that is later known as Cardston.
  • 1973: The first stake in El Salvador is created in San Salvador. There are now 13 stakes in El Salvador.

Thanks for visiting Great LDS Gifts.
